It has been a hectic year due to the pandemic, the whole world is stuck inside their residences, but everyone has lived differently. Some utilized their time to enhance wisdom, some were struggling with vitality, and some might have spent priceless time with family. I am merely like you on the list.

In the end, after some days and months have gone. My first travel began towards Rameswaram, Tamil Nadu.

How we started

It is unplanned travel, and my excitement drove me blind to travel.

I started from Chennai around 11:00 pm towards Rameswaram with two friends in the Car. The drive was beautiful, with melodies and a chill climate outside.

We took a break around 7:00 am the next day near the seaside; we got a bit of fresh air and walked a bit. To describe the place, I was surrounded by fishing boats, with the cold breezy air, sunrise, and the fragrance of fish and shore sand. Those moments felt natural to be a part of this earth.

After that, we began to drive towards Rameswaram. My excitement started because I was going to be astonished to visit the Pamban Bridge and the divinity of Lord Shiva.

In the Rameswaram

It was 3.00 pm, and we reached Pamban Bridge. However, that time was too sunny, so I planned to see it while returning. Then we went to Rameswaram and refreshed..

After that we went to Agni Teertham; this has lots of history you can read on the internet. I am here to imagine how historical moments happened. You can also see the beauty of the Bay of Bengal. This place is best to calm down and relish the seaside.

One more exciting thing is Rameswaram to Sri Lanka is very nearby. You can see it on the map, but no direct root exists.

Later we started for Sri Ramanathaswamy Temple to get our blessing. Unfortunately, due to covid restrictions, we are not allowed to explore places inside the temple.

Adorableness of Pamban Bridge

When we were returning, we stopped at the Pamban bridge. Most of us know the speciality of the Pamban bridge.

Other than that, It is a beautiful place that everyone can see. On one side is the ocean with the shade of blue & Pista-Green, and a fleet of boats. That was an eye-catching moment; you will feel like living on Rameswaram island. The combination of the boat fleet was heavenly and ravishing.

Another side is the shining Sunset with the colour blend of orange. The reflection of the sun forms a beautiful artwork in the sea.

After that, we rested, had a cup of tea, and began our journey towards Manapad.

I call Manapad a romantic beach and architectural exploration beauty. Click here to explore more about Manapad.
